Nebraska Fuel Warning

Fuel shortages have been reported at stations and distribution terminals across Nebraska, prompting the governor to temporarily relax fuel delivery regulations. The problem appears to be regional and temporary rather than part of a nationwide shortage. However, diesel travelers should not assume every station will have fuel available.

RVers traveling through Nebraska should consider keeping their fuel tanks at least half full and checking fuel availability at truck stops along their route.

While diesel supplies appear to be particularly affected, anyone traveling through Nebraska should monitor local fuel conditions, as availability can change with little warning. A little advance planning could help prevent an unexpected interruption to your trip.
