Is the RV Repair Club Worth It?
From the day we purchased our RV, we started receiving emails from the RV Repair Club. It’s a membership website that provides videos and articles on RV repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
At the time, memberships started at about $65 per year (more on that in a minute). Without knowing much about the site, that seemed a little expensive to me. I was already finding plenty of helpful videos on YouTube, so I ignored the emails.
They kept coming.
This week, however, I received an offer for one year of Premium membership for just $3. At that price, I figured it was worth taking a look, so I signed up. Since the membership automatically renews, the first thing I did was put a reminder on my calendar to review it before the renewal date.
When I logged in for the first time, I was immediately offered an upgrade to the Gold Membership for $65 a year. My first thought was, Here we go. They’re going to limit what I can see unless I pay for the upgrade.
I passed on the offer.
After spending some time on the site, I was pleasantly surprised. There appears to be a considerable amount of useful information available with the membership I purchased. My hope is to use it more for maintenance tips, preventative care, and upgrades than for repair information.
For $3, it certainly seems to be money well spent so far.
I’ll post updates as I continue using the site and let you know whether I think it’s worth renewing when that time comes.

Today I received another email from RV Repair Club that was clearly a membership solicitation, so apparently their marketing system hasn’t caught up with the fact that I’m already a member.
The email offered a free Comprehensive RV Checklist in exchange for signing up for their mailing list. I downloaded it and gave it a quick review. It covers just about everything from taking your RV out of storage in the spring to preparing it for storage at the end of the season, along with many of the routine checks in between.
From what I’ve seen so far, they’ve done a nice job putting it together.
